BALTIMORE Ravens star Isaiah Likely had some choice parting words for fans of the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night.
The Ravens tight end was heckled by a small number of Chiefs supporters following his team’s heart-wrenching 27-20 loss at Arrowhead Stadium.
Likely was denied a potentially game-winning touchdown in the final stages of a dramatic NFL season opener.
The 24-year-old’s toe was ruled out of bounds after he caught a pass from quarterback Lamar Jackson on the final play of the game.
Likely’s huge night surprised fans across the league as he put up career numbers.
He took nine passes for 111 yards and a touchdown, outplaying starting tight end Mark Andrews.
As he left the field, cameras in the tunnel caught Chiefs fans taunting the 24-year-old as he headed for the locker room.
Likely appeared to soak up the comments before unleashing a three-word tirade in the fan’s direction.
“F*** you b****!” he was seen yelling in footage that soon went viral on X.
“Chiefs fan here. Really liked Likely’s game and wanted to like him. Coming out of Coastal Carolina. Post game comments snd this show he’s not someone to root for,” responded one fan.
“That’s twice he’s been over the line today…” joked another.
“Me after starting Mark Andrews in fantasy,” laughed a third.
“He didn’t toe the line with that comment,” commented a fourth.
Likely was fired up in his post-game press conference and had some fight talk for the Chiefs.
“This is probably the worst game we’re gonna play all year,” he said.
“So if this is the best that they got, I mean, good luck in the postseason.”
With this season’s schedule now revealed, eager NFL fans are looking to secure tickets to their favorite games.
